Albert "Rusty" Corsaro

Albert “Rusty” R. Corsaro, Age 70, of Steger, IL, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2020 at Franciscan Health in Dyer, IN.

He was born on April 26, 1949 in Kankakee, IL, the son of James and Mae (Dodd) Corsaro.  He was a United States Marine Corp Veteran.  He worked at Sooper Lube in Joliet, IL until his retirement in 2015.  He was a fan of Chicago team sports, was an avid racing fan, and enjoyed cars and motorcycles.

He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline (Lucas) Corsaro who he married on September 1, 2000.  He is also survived by his children; Chad (Bernie) Corsaro of Park Forest, IL, Kelly (Tom) Lafferty of Monee, IL, and Jason (Heather) Anderson of Lowell, IN; six grandchildren, Maryssa, Jack, Krista, Joshua, Cheyenne, and Leeann; a brother, Jerry (Kathy) Corsaro of Richton Park, IL, two sisters, Nancy (Paul) Cyr of Bradley, IL and Beth (the late Robert) Pierce of Manteno, IL; and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mae Corsaro; a brother, James; and a sister, Theresa.

Cremation rites have been accorded.  Interment and a memorial service will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery at a later date.
