Anthony "Tony" Cousten

Anthony ”Tony” Cousten, age 28, of Peotone, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 22, 2018.  Tony was born on September 8, 1989 in Hazel Crest.

He is survived by his parents, Tim and Michelle Klecka of Peotone; a sister and brother-in-law, Traca and Ryan McBride of Manteno; 3 brothers, Kyle, Dean and Dustin Klecka of Peotone; his paternal grandmother, Joy Klecka; his uncle and aunt, Steve and Mary Klecka; his aunt and uncle, Melody and Roger Gumm; a niece, Harlei McBride; and cousins, Avery and Brodie Klecka and Eddie Gumm.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Jerry Klecka.

Tony enjoyed playing basketball and was a fan of the Chicago Bears, Blackhawks, and White Sox.  He enjoyed music and especially loved spending time with his family and friends.  Tony was a warm-hearted young man, was loving and caring; and possessed a great sense of humor. He was a 2008 graduate of Peotone High School.

A celebration of life will be held at the Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral Home on Saturday, June 2, from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. with a memorial service being held at 7:00 p.m. Memorials to the family’s wishes would be appreciated.
