Dale Waldvogel

Dale Allen Waldvogel, age 53, of Peotone, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 13, 2020 in Dickson, TN as result of an accident.

He was born on August 10, 1966 in Joliet, IL.  Dale worked at the Ford Motor Company Chicago Stamping Plant for the past 29 years and was a beloved and well-respected member of UAW Local 588.  He enjoyed the outdoors and loved his dog, Lobo.

Dale is survived by his father, Eugene Waldvogel of Morocco, IN; his mother, Barbara (Axsom) Waldvogel of Peotone; two brothers, David Waldvogel of Peotone and Dennis Waldvogel of Los Angeles, CA;  and a niece, Heather Waldvogel of St. Louis, MO.

A public visitation will be held at the Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral Home on Sunday, June 21 from 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.    The wearing of a face-mask will be required to attend this visitation.  Graveside funeral services will be held at Peotone Cemetery on Monday, June 22 at 11:00 a.m., Rev. Terry Krouskoupf officiating.  The graveside service will be live-streamed on the Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral Home Facebook page.  Memorials may be directed to the family’s wishes.
