Born May 1, 1931, in Chicago, IL, he passed away peacefully at home, Monday, December 14, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. Raised in the Evangelical Covenant Church, he trusted Christ as his Savior while attending Child Evangelism classes. He went on to enjoy many happy years of fellowship at Lansing Gospel Chapel. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Dave was a long-time employee of AT&T, working as an electronics technician for 40 years before retiring. Dave devoted his time volunteering as a counselor and maintenance crew at Lake Geneva Youth Camp.
Family remained his greatest joy. Dave was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He loved any time he got to spend with his family, particularly the many weeks spent at Conference Point Camp on Lake Geneva, WI. Having a heart to serve others, Dave was always willing to lend his time and talents to help his family, friends, and neighbors. A thoughtful, kind, patient man...loved by all...he will be greatly missed.
