Jerrie Comstock

Our loving mother Jerrie Comstock decided it was time to move on to her Eternal life around 6:20 pm  on May 29, 2019. A gifted pianist, she enjoyed playing for all her family and her loved and loving friends and staff at Heritage Woods in Manteno, IL. Ebb Tide was a special family favorite! Her best days were spent  laughing with her family and her friends in Peotone and Manteno in recent years. Her wonderful, upbeat  attitude, sense of humor, huge  heart and sweet personality were loved by all. We will miss you so,  our dear sweet mother. Fly on, our Angel, you will remain forever loved in our hearts!! Say hi to Julie and Frankie, Mom!!

Jerrie is survived by Son Jay Eichstadt and his wife, Courtney (née Possehl), daughter Sherrie Rathje (née Eichstadt) and son-in-law Paul Rathje II, grand-daughter Natalie Johnson and great-grand-daughter Ama, grand-daughter Alisyn Franzen (née Rathje) and grandson in-law Justin Franzen and great-grandsons Nolan, Brock and Evan, grandson Paul Rathje III and his wife Amanda (née Sluis) and grand-daughter Kamryn. Jerrie was preceded in death by daughter Julie Newell (née Eichstadt). Services will be private.
