John Shaules Jr.

John Frank Shaules Jr., age 78, of Peotone, passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Aperion Care in Wilmington, IL.

He was born on August 6, 1939 in Chicago, the son of the late John F. Sr. and Valeria (Siratovich) Shaules.  He was a retired auto mechanic and also a former school bus driver for the Peotone School District.  He loved to fish, watch and feed the birds, and loved the family pets.

He is survived by his wife, Gayle M. Gutkowski of Peotone who he married on October 29, 1992 in Peotone.  He is also survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, John M. and Joan J. Gutkowski of Peotone.

Cremation rites have been accorded and all services will be private.
