Martha Burger

Martha Ann Burger, age 85, formerly of Peotone, passed away on Sept 11, 2019 in Byrdstown, TN.  Martha was born in Shawsville, VA. On August 3, 1934 and was married to and preceded in death by Charles William Burger. They had four children, Charles William Jr. (deceased) and Debra Ann (deceased) survived by Tracey Ann Sulzberger formerly of Peotone, IL and David Alan Burger of Hayesville NC. Martha poured her heart and soul in raising her children and grandchildren, enjoyed cooking, exercising and listening to Elvis.  Her kind and nurturing legacy will remain in the hearts and minds of all people she touched and interacted with throughout her life. Private family services will be held and burial will take place at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood with her husband, Charles.
