Toni G. (Harms) Younker

     Toni G. (Harms) Younker, age 70, of Manhattan, formerly of Peotone, passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023, at her home.

     She was born on July 6, 1952, in Lincoln, IL, the daughter of Allan and Donna (Ryan) Harms.  Toni was a Peotone High School graduate, Class of 1970.  She worked as a critical care nurse at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee for many years.  She was a fan of music by Usher, reality television, and anything featuring Kiefer Sutherland.  Toni enjoyed horror movies, especially the Halloween franchise, and passed that love on to all her grandchildren.

     She is survived by 4 daughters; Stacey (Jason) Borrelli of Manhattan, Jaime Wascher of Chicago, Jordan Younker of Manhattan, and Kelly Chiaro of Manhattan; her grandchildren, Jared Younker, Regan Wascher, Nico Borrelli, Ryan Borrelli, Lorenzo Borrelli, Charlie Toufar, Mason Toufar, and Mackenna Chiaro; her sister and brother-in-law, Tamy Harms and Ed Eng; her brother and sister-in-law, Todd and Katie Harms; her niece, Ali (Brian) Lueders, her nephew, Sean Harms; and 2 great-nephews, Graham and Hayes Lueders.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Jacob A. Younker (June 6, 2020), and her father-in-law, Calvin Younker.

     Visitation will be held at the Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral on Friday, June 2, 2023, from 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. with funeral services being held at 7:00 p.m., Rev.
